    What I love about these cards, is they are easy to carry with you. Sturdy and semi-waterproof.Easy to read, and understand.Best trainer cards out there and the price is awesome.I solely believe in fitness and knowledge being readily available to whomever wants to learn.These are helping me learn the basics and I am trying to memorize them to be able to help others in the future. I love the pictures of the muscle groups the workouts focus on, and the quantity of reps you can do. Great job!!Thank you for such a cool product. Hopefully we see more useful cards in the near future.Thanks~~~~~

    Easy to use and enables flexible workouts
    These are great, with a large variety of exercises and easy pictures and instructions. Our only suggestion for improving them is to have more medium challenge moves…there are several that are very simple and most people already know or do them. Would have liked to see a variety of unique and a bit harder difficulty moves. Would be great for beginners!

    Great for the cost!
    Can’t complain for $10. Definitely worth it. The cards are easy to understand and take the thought out of working out. No more trying to figure out what to do. My only complaint is that a couple of the cards require other equipment like a pull up bar or tilted bench. I dont have those at home.

    Both cards have great pics with explanations. Love the dumbbell cards. Many of the Bodyweight cards require other pieces of equipment which is disappointing

    A palm sized personal trainer!
    I love these cards! I get bored of doing the same workouts over and over and then lose my motivation, but with these, it’s easy to quickly change up your routine. I love the art style of the illustrations (ones with faces creep me out!) and the detail on the back of the cards, explaining how to properly do the exercise, as well as what muscles are targeted, and the amount of reps to aim for. I’ve been choosing about 6 cards to lay on the bench/floor, and then pairing them with an app which automatically times my intervals for me, and it keeps me focused for the full length of my workout!

    j’ai choisi celle-ci parce que je voulais connaitre les parties du corps travailler selon les exercises. ça me permet de choisir les cartes pour mon entrainement en fonction des parties que je veux travailler ou de faire un programme plus complet qui touche à tout… clair et simple. on aime ça.

    These little weights are great for those times when I want to strengthen smaller muscles and refinement is needed. I’m surprised I use them as much as I do. They are easy to add to and remove from my dumbbells.In short, they work as expected and really come in handy.

    I get lost in apps and stuff- this has to have been one of my fave purchases recently. If you feel like you get to the gym and only do the same exercises or don’t remember which to do for what purpose, this is great. I just make my workout and then I take photos of my deck for the day. It’s a lot more streamlined and I can see on the card which muscles it works
