This is a great product for the price I recommended.
For the price it’s a great product and let me tell you my stomach is getting nice and tight. It’ll take about a couple of months, but it really does job so for $10. Get yourself one. But don’t forget you need to warm up really good before you start using this. If you use it before warming up, you will have paint for about a couple of days so you need to warm up really good do some exercise.

my abs hurt so bad and thats a good thing. i been using this for about 2 weeks now and i feel stronger. i can feel my abs again for the first time since i was a teenager. the mat is comfy for your knees and the ab machine is very simple to use. i do a set of 20 a day. my wife like it also and has started using it as well.

This product comes with a knee pad, which is great for extra support if you have weak knees. The installation was incredibly easy—it literally took me less than two minutes.
