It’s a ab wheel. Easy to setup and hold my 230-240. Great on carpet without digging in like others. Pad way too small but I guess nice try. Would buy again but I doubt I’ll need to.

I’ve had this for over two months now and give it 5 out of 5 stars. It’s no frills, the box didn’t include instructions are anything extra beyond the mat, but the design and operation are simple and straight-forward. It WORKS great. I can “feel the burn” as they say, after using it regularly my core strength is definitely getting exercised.It takes some finesse to get the momentum and proper form down, but once you do it’s a fun and effective workout aid. I like that it’s wider than other cheaper models out there, I think that helps to keep balanced and the cushioned grips make me feel like I’ve got a secure hold on it.It’s a great addition to my workout routine that’s easily stored out of place without taking up a lot of space.If you’re trying to get fit at home this is a great tool to have around to help you on your fitness journey.

This purchase was no. I don’t think it would be save to use. You had to put it together, that was not the problem. The problem is that it was loose and the parts would not hold together. I don’t think it was safe so I returned it.

If you’re looking for an ab roller, you know what you’re getting with this. This one does exactly what it was designed to do and I have no complaints. So far it has served me well and I’m quite happy with it.

The center wheel slides around when using it. It is hard to keep it centered.
