Surprised that it works similarly to one’s that were a tad more expensive! Yes, it’ll have a bite to it with the ems feature to it which is what I wanted ( no, im not a masochist) the microcurrent feature for ME(keep in mind im not a licensed medical practitioner and am only speaking about what i noticed) it helps. If you buy the conductive gel thats when you’ll notice the microcurrent feature of this device A LOT. When you use lotion its slightly noticeable with the microcurrent. After awhile bot sure how long it’ll automatically shut off

Product was ok, Customer Service Excellent
After 15 minutes of operation, this was recharged and nothing happened. Before purchasing the solaware, I wanted to give this brand a try. I’m sad. I got in touch with the merchant, who gave me a refund and replied right away. This said a lot about this vendor, and I will return as a customer!

Shocking! If you use this product with something wet on your face it will shock the heck out of your hands and face I had it 3 days before I tried to turn me into a pop tart

Powers down after 30 seconds of use, even after hours of charging, no vibration at all and return/replacement is a headache.

This is a nice tool, better than my old one that only had red light and little vibration. Use it with your favorite serum before moisturizer daily.

Lights up but does not vibrate
This item does not vibrate at all it has nothing to do with the moisture in the skin as the pamphlet claims as I’ve used this with multiple skin products as suggested and still does not work. Luckily I still have the one that I was replacing with this one as that does vibrate as it should. I’d recommend spending a little more money and buy a different one.
