I highly recommend this product
I had spilled a cup of noodles hot and got a second degree burn . I did go to the e.r. But this helped as first aid.

Buyer beware – small (4 ounce) single bottle
Like others, I should have read the product description more carefully. The single bottle is tiny (only four ounces) and definitely not suitable for liberal use on a large sunburn. I must also disagree with those claiming this product has more lidocaine than others – almost every one I saw had 4%. I would return this immediately if the relief wasn’t sorely needed.- average effectiveness- poor value for money

Works pretty well. Glad it has 4% lidocaine. Lots of the others only have less than 1% lidocaine.

Sunburn Relief
I personally have not used it but have family members who did. They said it worked quite well at relieving the pain of sunburn. Drawback is the bottles are so small (size of a sample ) & a bit pricey for the amount we got.

Very good product
I love aloe on my skin. The addition of the lidocaine is wonderful. Pain and itching are controlled. Good for dry skin itching as well. I use it frequently and always keep a bottle at hand.

We purchased this item to take with us on our vacation. after several days in the sun we were all very thankful that we had it. It is extremely quick drying and almost instant with pain relief
