Great high-quality hoodie-jacket with deep pockets and the 4-6XL sizes are great for big & tall men.
This is a great hoodie-jacket that is much better than the name-brand (think fruits) versions that I’ve always bought for many years. I’m a large & tall man, so I bought the 5XL size, because the largest fruit version, 3XL, is too small & short for me.A woman friend was visiting when the package arrived and she was impressed by how well made this Amazon version was, including the high quality of the fabric and very nice & soft inner material. The high-quality fabric is also noticeably heavier and more substantial, which is great…but you will be surprised at how heavy this jacket is, compared to other brands that use thinner or cheaper fabrics. I love the fabric’s quality & weight…so don’t change a thing to pinch pennies on this jacket, Amazon…LOL.Also very nice were the large and deep pockets. Whereas many other brands have shallow pockets and my phone was always dropping out, this Amazon brand had pockets that easily swallowed my phone and it never fell out. The zipper is also a great quality and very smooth.The only negative I had for this hoodie were for the cuffs that are a tad too big/loose. I always pull the sleeves up my forearms…but the cuffs on this hoodie are a bit too big/loose, so the sleeves always ‘fall’ back down my arms every few minutes and need to be pulled back up. Annoying, yes…but it’s still a 5-star rating from me, considering the great quality, roominess, and deep pockets of this jacket.If you’re a big man who’s been disappointed by other brands or need a big man’s hoodie, give this Amazon Essentials one a try. I love it and will order more…it’s just about perfect in every way and blows other brands out of the water.

Warm and comfortable nice and soft.
This is nice and warm. it is made well. Just one word of warning wash it before you first wear it. In fact wash it inside out so all the loose fuzzies from the inside come out in the wash and dry.cycle. I did not do this and my shirt was.covered with fuzzies when I took the hoodie off. That is the only reason why I took one star off.

Due to US new tariffs on Viet Nam, expect later prices to be much higher. Buy now! I paid just under $15 US.This is “giftable. Great quality! However, it did not arrive in a sealed plastic bag. It was in an Amazon box, unwrapped. If gift-dropping from Amazon, suggest you request “gift-wrapping.”Compare for similar quality at H & M, Pac Sun, US Polo, American Eagle, Nordstrom’s, etc., for $65-90 US. ( No Boundaries (Walmart has a similar quality, but much lighter weight, for under $20 sometimes, but higher priced than this brand.)PRO’sFabric – Mostly Cotton (56%) with lower amount of polyester (44%). Only the zipper pull is dark metal – THAT pull I can change out.CONCLUSION-If you want a high quality traditional full zip hoodie sweatshirt, stock up…. buy all the colors you think you can use now or in future!This price will not last long with the new tariffs.“Save” this one in your “heart wish” list so you can find it again. This fits him perfectly. This jacket has been so good and durable for him as usually when you wash jackets they somewhat shrink but this one didn’t. It’s warm for short periods outside and the fabric is soft. It isn’t too thick but thick enough for winter/springtime coldness. If you are going to be outside for extended periods of time you might want something thicker to help with heat retention.

Beware of the Dryer
These are surprisingly warm and comfortable. For the price they really do impress, however, they are a bit thin and feel a little cheap, yet fit quite well, I especially appreciated the full-length sleeves. Size large fit like a large.I’ve bought 3 colors: The ‘Nutmeg’ is a nice Burnt Orange, The “Yellow” is a Mustard Yellow. The “Red” is more Maroon, and for some reason ran smaller and lacked a hang tag.Be very careful of using the dryer – they will pill enough to destroy them. Use the very lowest setting or air dry.

Thought Since I am a plus size girl, I would get a male’s hoodie so it would give me a little more room and cover my butt better … well For ONCE when I order a larger size it’s REALLY REALLY LARGER !!!! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE this hoodie that we bought 2 of them. I do need a lifeguard when wearing it just in case I drown in the fabric. It’s Warm and Comfortable in every way and washes well … Its perfect for sitting next to the campfire
