My dermatologist recommended I take these when I had some skin issues. These worked well and did not cause flushing or any other problems I’ve heard regarding niacinamide. Be sure you get quality products even if you have to pay a little bit more than you’d like to. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I wanted, but the white tablets are very similar to other tablets. Previous med (different brand) was a smaller, golden capsule – easily differentiated from other meds.

He’s not the right guy for anyone, his profile doesn’t say that it will cause the liver damage，If you have diabetes or high blood pressure cant take this，product doesn’t have a complete manual. I found it online after I bought it, but they don’t allow returns，So I wrote this to remind everyone to buy with caution after checking the instructions online

My dog has SLO an autoimmune disease that makes his claws grow at deformed angles and split. These have really helped put him into remission (alongside vet medication and salmon oil on his food). I would definitely recommend it.

I thought I was buying the flush type b3 but these are flush free , potent at 500mg , I did experience lucid dreaming at night so have stopped them for now . Have ordered some flush type b3 100mg . I have read that the flush type is best but some people find the effects disturbing.
