Hard on the abs but also hard on your hands
The CAP Barbell Ab Wheel feels like something you’d be issued in the military. Functional, durable, no-frills.I relocate quite a bit (maybe 3 times a year), so I’m always buying new ab rollers for each new place. I always try to look for ab rollers under $15. The CAP is made of hard plastics and rubber. No foam, no comfort. But it works, it’s very easy to assemble, and the best part is that the grips don’t rub against the wheel like a lot of other brands do.Docked one star rating because the grips are overly aggressive. Might be helpful if your hands are super sweaty, but it could be very uncomfortable for beginners. Overall – recommended.

If you want an ab wheel, get this one
Great for ab workouts. I do ab wheel rollouts and this wheel feels solid. The grip works well with your hands and doesn’t feel uncomfortable. I’ve had this for a few years now and it’s still like new. Not to mention the price was right!

Great product!
I’m always nervous about ab rollers, as they are often wobbly and very cheaply designed. This was easy to assemble and while definitely difficult to use (in a good way) it was also very smooth and I didn’t experience any wobbling. Very happy with this purchase!

Comes without lugs to hold together
You get what you pay for? It was inexpensive but came without the parts to hold it together… Worked well after I bought lugs and stuff.

Does what I need it to do. Easy to put together in a minute and functions without any problem. I purchased one for each house I have so I can use it everywhere I go. Definitely a must have for my home gym!!
