Este producto lo compro para mi hermano con esquizofrenia, después de tanto buscar la cura para mi hermano con esquizofrenia leímos libros que un médico llamado Abran Hoffer donde el explica como curaba esa enfermedad con niacinamide y otras vitaminas. Y efectivamente es lo único que lo ha mejorado. Y no le damos todas esa cosas fuertes que le mandan los siquiatra comunes. Excelente producto.

The best NAD booster (but only if you upregulate the salvage pathway)
A woman named Nichola Conlon exited drug development to develop an all-in-one-pill supplement stack to boost cellular energy. (I found her on Siim Land’s podcast, and she does a good job explaining the science of NAD on her episodes there.) Her supplement is basically two parts: Ingredients to upregulate the NAD salvage pathway, and more substrate to push through the pathway.The ingredients in her stack that upregulate the salvage pathway are:- parsley (CD38 inhibitor)- green tea extract- rutin (from sophora japonica, a quercetin source)- alpha lipoic acid- black pepper extract (for absorption)The “more substrate” part is:- niacinamideI’m personally doing 2 grams of niacinamide a day, this is really helpful with energy levels generally.

Have been taking Niacinamide for over 3 yrs. Previous product bought was 500mg per capsule and needed1000mg daily. This product is helpful as only 1 pill is needed.

Dosage too high, causes insomnia
Great for low energy levels but it elevates energy a bit too much. The days I would take just 1 of these my mind would race at night and I’d get absolutely no sleep.
