Great! It really works!
This product is amazing! My right hand was super dry, itchy and rough. The color was darker due to the dryness. FYI, I live in the desert, AZ. After 2 days using this product, my skin looks much better and it is not itchy anymore. It totally recovered the skin. I just loved it. I hope they don’t stop making this product. Such a shame I didn’t take pictures of the before, but I attached here the picture of after I started using the CeraVe. My skin now feels smooth, glowing and nice. The product has a mild medicine scent (ointment), which doesn’t bother me at all. It just assures to me that they have good ingredients in it. Great value!

Like all the positive reviews I also have an amazing experience with this lotion. It is very moisturizing, absorbs well and quickly, and is NOT greasy. I use it all over my body including my face and hands. Now my face itself is quite oily but it does get dry patches or flakes due to use of a retinoid or the cold weather. I apply a small amount to my hands and then onto my face and it really moisturizes my skin. It does not cause me to break out nor clog my pores. CeraVe please do not ever change this formula! It is super effective!

I’ve used the standard CeraVe Daily Lotion for years, but this Intensive Moisturizing version is in a completely different league for extreme dryness. If you deal with that uncomfortable “tight” feeling or seasonal itching, this formula makes a massive difference.Performance & Texture:Deep Hydration without the Grease: Despite being a “rich” lotion with Shea Butter, it doesn’t sit on top of the skin. It sinks in almost immediately. I can put my jeans on right after applying it without that sticky, tacky feeling.Targeting Roughness: I specifically noticed a difference in redness and flaking on my shins and elbows. It doesn’t just mask the dryness; it feels like it’s actually repairing the skin barrier.Fragrance-Free & Gentle: As someone with sensitive skin, I appreciate that it’s pH-balanced and fragrance-free. There’s no stinging, even on areas that are slightly irritated from the cold.Smooth Formula: I’ve used other intensive creams that felt “gritty” or heavy. This formula is incredibly smooth and feels much more like a premium cosmetic product while delivering serious hydration.

Lives up to its name
This is a great lotion! It’s quite a bit thicker than the regular CeraVe Daily Moisturizing lotion, but not as thick as the cream. This works far better for me than the regular CeraVe Daily Moisturizing lotion. It’s much more hydrating, and leaves my skin much softer. If you want something that’s a hybrid between a thin lotion and a really thick cream, this is it. There’s no fragrance, which I also appreciate. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s worth it, imo. Highly recommend!

Very moisturizing. Keep away from your face if your skin is very sensitive.
This is really moisturizing on body and hands. Anyone with non- hypersensitive skin will love it. However, I noticed that when I used this on my hands, and leaned my chin on my hand, I wound up with a red, irritated chin that lasted for several days.If you have crazy sensible skin like me, and you may touch your face, I’d avoid this. If you have normal skin, or you are able to keep your hands off your face, I’m sure this won’t be a problem.It is unscented and very moisturizing. If you are used to Cerave lotion and cream, this is more moisturizing. It is thicker than the lotion and thinner than the cream. It is a bit greasier than they are, but not unpleasantly so.

Great for the face as well!
I love this lotion. I am someone with really flaky and dry skin. Most creams and lotions don’t really work on me because I remain with flakes. The only thing that really fixes that is Urea. So I gave this lotion a go and it has been great. I use it on my face, and it’s a bit heavier than most, but to me, it’s perfect and has excellent texture. It keeps my face hydrated the whole day and removes my flakes. It hasn’t caused any breakouts and overall it has solved my dry skin issues. I recommend this lotion to anyone, specially those with dry skin. If you don’t mind lotions that are more watery/lightweight, buy it

Excellent lotion for a body moisturiser however I would prefer 20% urea and availability in a larger volume. Otherwise excellent Cerave product as usual.If we can get bigger volumes and higher urea concentrations it would be great for exfoliation.
