Quite effective, not exactly tiny to pack
While I purchased it to be able to travel with it, it’s a big bigger than you might think when you fold it down. Definitely takes some space in your bag. But it’s a great roller and the folding part is cool. Honestly, I tend to use it at home over my non-collapsible rollers because it seems to get deeper. That said, it’s harder than a foam roller (obviously), so you’re going to feel it.

Great for Travel
I bought this roller for my grandson, who is a cross-country runner, so he could take it with him to meets. It’s very practical, for that reason. It comes with a nice sack.

Makes packing easier
I love the collapses, my wife swims, and his constantly bringing these to swim meets seems to be a really good quality and collapses enough to fit in a suitcase, very well, a little nervous that the gaps when it is open, could pinch your skin, but that has not happened yet

Hard surface but very durable
This saved my back and neck when I had to travel during neck pain. The surface is hard but it holds up well under my 200+ lb weight. Certainly more cost effective than the ones that collapse flat but does take up more room.

Great size & functionality!
My daughter is able to collapse this roller, place in her soccer bag, and pull out at practice! Coach wanted the girls to have rollers, but some are so cumbersome! This is a great option!

I’ve seen and tried this product before from another brand and thought perhaps Fitster made some changes to this collapsible foam roller, but no it is identical as the other ones that look the same. Considering the previous one reviewed was far cheaper but without the extra fitness band, I don’t think this one represents the best value… assuming more sellers put this same/similar product up for sale (currently this seems to be the only one left as of writing).The main thing going for this roller is the collapsible nature of it, which not only makes it more portable but also allows you to use a narrower roller is you need that. Because of the collapsible design, it will also be heavier than a standard foam roller. It is really sturdy though. I wouldn’t recommend dropping it or anything like that, but it certainly won’t bend or break under normal use.This stiffness is a pro and a con. Namely when paired with the TPU (instead of EPP or PU foam) pads it makes a really hard roller. This means it makes a great massage but will take quite a bit of getting used to. It also means it is better suited for large muscles instead of say the back where your spine can certainly feel itself mashed against the roller. But boy after a hard workout it can feel great. Is it better than a smaller diameter knobby PU foam roller? Not really; with that respect the portability would be this one’s selling point.So overall it is a practical but slightly less versatile roller. If you want something that hits harder, this would be a good choice though if you don’t have the space for a smaller diameter knobby roller.

I recently purchased the foldable foam roller and I’m absolutely in love with it! It’s incredibly easy to use, and it folds up nicely so that it’s easy to store. I love that it comes with a carrying handle too, which makes it even easier to take with me to the gym or wherever else I may need it.The foam roller itself is extremely comfortable and provides a great amount of support. I especially love using it after a tough workout to help release tension in my muscles. It’s also great for foam rolling my back and stretching out my hamstrings.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and I’m sure it will last me a very long time.
