The best low back heating/massage pad of all the many that I have checked out
I have just ordered and checked out and returned about 20 full back and low back Heating Pads and THIS IS THE BEST- THIS IS THE WINNER for lower back. It DOES take a long time to charge, but it runs the heater and the massager for a long period of time. It does stop after about 30 minutes, but it is very easy to push a button and it starts again right away. It is very reasonably priced too!

This back brace/heat pad is great! Warm, supportive and works well. However if you are larger than a women’s XL or a men’s l it won’t fit right

Buy extra battery packs! GREAT product!
This was the greatest gift for my husband. He deals with pain in his lower back from lifting so much all the time, and this seemed to really help him A LOT, the settings, the adjustable size, how easy it is to use, he absolutely loves this and we both HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that has back issues, and really loves heat to help with the pain, and the vibration setting seem to really help loosen everything up as well. And this is very DURABLE, he even wears it to work sometimes!Cons; The only down side is that he says the battery doesn’t stay charged long, so having some back up batteries is a must if you wear it a lot.

The was a life saver for me!
I ordered many items from Amazon, but rarely take the time to write a review. This item was so helpful to me that it warrants the time to do so. I have had back pain for over 40 years, especially when standing or sitting for long periods of time. We recently took a long trip, including long flights and bus rides. Normally, my back would not tolerate this at all. I wore this back belt nearly the whole time, and it literally made my trip tolerable. It has three heat settings. Setting one was warm enough that I never even tried two or three. There are also three massage settings and I alternated between all three. As others have said, all three massage settings are quite noisy. I like the fact that the power pack can be removed and quickly charged with a USB-C cable. After less than two months of use my belt stopped working even though the power back was fully charged! I called customer service. They answered after a very brief hold. The remedy was to simply press the button on the side of the power pack. It is now working great again. I have been recommending this belt to all my friends and family.

There’s a lot to love about this product.It fits comfortably, the vibration and heat feels good.I LOVE that I don’t have to stay plugged inIt is affordable.Now the cons:1. The battery life is short lived (after 8 hrs of charging about 2 hours of usage)2. The battery gets hot. Not uncomfortably hot or makes me concerned, but it does get warm quickly.3. The charge cord is very short.4. You can’t use it while it’s charging.

Severe lower back pain is eased a great deal with this, especially putting it on full heat and massage at the same time. It’s easy to position the small vibrating area on the lower central part of the back. If that is where your pain is, you might really like this. It’s great to be able to wear it around the house or just to have a heating pad that actually stays perfectly in place while seated. I do wish the battery would last longer, and the auto-shutoff for the massager were not so quick, but these are minor issues compared to the pain relief and convenience I get from this.As I understand, I can swap out the battery for a third party one that lasts longer; so I may try that. I read some who said the heat is too hot…makes no sense, there are three levels, and, through clothing, I need to always use the highest level. That third level could be hotter in my opinion, but it IS warm enough to be effective even through two layers of clothing.The material is quality and they supply a Velcro extender which allows folks who are larger around the waste to easily fit this….nice touch from the company! I do highly recommend this to anyone who uses a heating pad regularly. Do remember to fully charge the battery before use and to hold the start button several seconds for it to kick on. I’m really pleased with this so far. Hoping it lasts!!

The battery pack is just awful it doesn’t last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesn’t last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so that’s great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price I’m pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.
