Just ordered my 2nd bag. I put 1/2 a scoop in my 1st cup of coffee and another in my second. Serving size suggests 1 full scoop but I find the taste just a titch noticeable. While I wouldn’t say unpleasant it makes my coffee less desirable and I Love my morning coffee. Using half a scoop works great, lets me enjoy my coffee and still get the full benefits of the product. I have noticed positive changes in my skin, hair and nails. Nails in particular are growing fast and strong. My husband uses it as well. Great for your insides too, especially gut health. We Love Dr. Berg and his products. His YouTube health videos are a game changer. Very Trustworthy!

Naturally sourced Collagen
I first heard about this about six months ago. I was working out and sore and wasn’t feeling great and I watched Dr. Berg on social media. So I decided to try his product. It’s wild sourced collagen that is good for bone health and recovery from working out. It’s a powder that mixes easily with protein, powders and water. It’s a very effective of helping me recover quicker and feeling better overall and I’m able to sleep better. The texture is good because it’s water soluble so you can’t even tell that it’s there.

Dr Berg did it again!
I knew this would be an amazing and quality product. I’ve been following Dr. Berg for years and he has never failed me. I put one scoop in my coffee every morning and it is completely tasteless. I tried it for two weeks and I can see the results already. My skin is much smoother and I’m even noticing less fine lines in my face. I am eight months pregnant so I am also taking prenatal vitamins as well as eating a very healthy diet. If you don’t see results on your skin right away, it’s because your internal organs will take any collagen/amino acids before the skin will. So give it time to work on the outside and know that it is working on the inside. I used to buy vital farms collagen powder for my morning coffee, and while I did notice a slight difference, it would bloat me terribly to the point I just stopped drinking it. So I was prepared for the bloating this time thinking it was just how my body reacted to the collagen powder, but no bloating! I love that it is pasture raised and grass fed. I have yet to find any that were pasture raised and that’s really important. Dr Berg is always thorough and doesn’t cut any corners when delivering clean products. As I’ve said, I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I still have half of a bag left. Other brands charge way more for a lesser quality product. Trust me it’s worth it!And for the other review that gave it one star because there was a hole in the bag, yes, there are no returns on food/vitamin products, however if you just contact Amazon customer service, they’ll take responsibility for bad shipping and handling and replace your bag 🙂

Good stuff, but has a slight smell and taste.
Like the quality and the ingredients. Love that a serving is only one scoop. That said, while a prefer this to have no flavoring or sugar, I have a hard time ignoring the taste and smell. For me it is not un-noticeable. It’s got some funk. That said I take it with green tea and lots of fresh squeezed lemon. I can drink it well enough this way, especially if I hold my breath when I mix it. That might just be me though. I’m hoping thw health results will make it all worth it.

Dr Bergs products are just top tier! It dissolves easily into coffee, protein post workout shakes! There’s literally no flavor so you can mix it in with anything WITH flavor! Great product on my 3rd bag I just finally came around to leaving a review.

Having trying other collagen brands Dr Berg is the BEST
It is has all 5 collegin proteins. This is the only brand that I have found that has all 5. Most only have 2 or 3. Eventhough it is a bit pricey it is worth the price. I have tried many different brands of collegin peptides but Dr. Berg collegin peptides has exactly what I need to keep my healthy life style. You only have to use 1 scoop to get the full amount of proteins instead of 3 or 4 scoops like the other brands I have used. I also take Dr Berg D3 K2 vitamin.
