The Dymatize Elite Whey Protein has long been one of my preferred choices for Health and exercise protein powders. It blends easily with low fat milk and has a good chocolate flavor without tasting chalky. Best feature is there are 25grams of protein per serving. The protein powder is a good quality product that has been consistent over the years I have been using it.

Solid Whey Protein with Good Macros, But Pricey
Dymatize Elite 100% Whey does its job as a post-workout protein supplement. The macros are solid – 25g protein, 5.5g BCAAs, and under 140 calories per serving make it a good option for muscle recovery. It mixes well with water and doesn’t clump up, which is always a plus. The cookies and cream flavor is okay – not amazing, but tolerable enough to drink regularly without getting tired of it.My main issue is the price. It’s a little pricey for what you get compared to other whey protein brands with similar quality and macros. The 25 servings go by quickly if you’re using it daily, so the cost adds up. That said, the protein quality seems good with the blend of concentrate, isolate, and peptides, and it’s gluten-free which is important for some people. Great if you can catch it on sale – at that point it becomes much better value. But at full price, there are more affordable options that perform just as well.

I’ve used three different protein powder since I’ve started lifting, this, isopure, and pure protein. Grabbed this since it was on sale. By far the best. It dissolves fully, and it only takes like 10-20 seconds of stirring, which is what impresses me most. The fact it tastes amazing is a definitely a bonus. The others tasted meh and took absolutely forever to stir and never fully dissolved. This is where it’s at.

Top tier protein thats worth it
Top tier protein, low carb/keto friendly… and being vanilla it makes a great base flavor for shakes, ice cream, etc. (although the vanilla tastes just fine by itself) Mixes good with just a shaker cup, and makes a great milk shake if you add a little cream/milk in with the water. Dymatize seems like a quality brand.
