Worth a try!
As a person who hates foundation and only wears it out of necessity, I genuinely enjoy this product. The key is to get as little on the cushion as possible, pounce it on the plastic “plate” to evenly disperse product, and then apply to face. Work in super thin layers. It will look exactly like it’s your skin but better. If you have an oily t-zone like I do, then I recommend powder or bringing the whole thing with you for touch-ups. It is on the dewy side, but when I blot it almost nothing comes off on the paper. It’s fairly light coverage, so I do use concealer in my worst spots still, but this just beautifully evens everything out. It takes me less than 5 minutes to conceal, foundation, blush. Honestly most days it’s the only thing I put on if I feel like it. I do prefer it over Korean bb creams, I think it has a better finish and stay power. I got very lucky and chose the right shade on my first try, but I think there’s some wiggle for shades. I use a lot of skincare, so I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the ingredients in the foundation for dark spots, but I will say I am acne prone and haven’t broken out from this a single time. Overall, a very quick and easy way to even skin tone without feeling like you’re wearing anything. Youtube and Tiktok have plenty of tutorials (mostly cushions in general, not so many specific to this product) that can help you feel more comfortable with the application process. Like I said, the key is definitely going light handed- otherwise you absolutely will look like a cakey mess.

This is a beautiful product with a natural, radiant finish. I tried the shade Sand, though next time I’ll go one shade darker and try Beige to find my perfect match. The texture feels light and nourishing, never heavy or cakey.It blends easily and gives a soft, even tone that looks fresh and hydrated. I’m also curious to see how the Mela B brightening effects work over time. Love it. I first bought ‘natural’ but it was too light so I bought ‘beige’ which is near perfect. What a unique container and novel method for application. The only ‘con’ I can think of might be not being able to determine the amount left after using it for a time.
