Excellent product, get this over the smaller ones.
Originally I got the 24″ one but ended up returning and getting this bigger one. Totally worth it.It outputs a very decent amount of heat and you can control the levels (up to 6) and set the timer in 30 min increments. I personally use it at 5th level and between 30-60 mins. FYI, for me it was not really recommended by the doctor to use it more than 30 mins. It shut off automatically after the set timer.Don’t know about the long term durability yet, but I’ve had it for 2 months now and going strong.5 stars.

Nice size heating pad
I absolutely love the size of this. It makes it nice to lay on and warm your whole back at one time. The temperature setting I use on low just because the higher ones seem to be a bit too warm for me. Does have a 30 minute to 2-hour timer and shuts off automatically

Good Buy for the Money
Works really well. I had it on my lap covering my knees. It was so comfortable and soothing and I fell asleep.while watching TV. I woke up an hour later and the unit was shut off automatically. This is an excellent safety feature. I bought a different brand. a week earlier and it did not shut off automatically. In fact it was too hot to touch. On another occasion, it got overheated after 10 minutes. I return that one immediately. I highly recommend this unit.

No product support
Worked for almost a year, then the controller lite up and functioned ok, but the pad never got even a little warm. Tried to contact their product support and after sales email (listed on the box) a couple of times but have heard nothing back. While it worked, it was ok, but given the short life and no support, I cannot recommend.

Too hot to handle!
Ugh…yeap…it is actually too hot to handle!I love the size, look and feel, plus the timer and heat options.Unfortunately, I can only use 1-2 of the lowest setting for a short time. The lowest is almost too hot to handle very low. The hotter ones are too much and the hottest when left on for very long feels like it could burn you.I really wish the heat was cut down by 50% so I had a lower range of options.Beware if you need to have the pad on for hours as you might not be able to handle it.

Great heat for relief
Love this heat pad! Very light and easy to wrap around a limb. It has given me great relief when I need some heat on various sore body parts or muscles. Heat level is fabulous. Quality is great for the price. Very happy with this purchase.
