I bought this bench because I needed something sturdy and compact for my home workouts, and it’s turned out to be a great addition. Putting it together was easy, and once assembled, the whole thing feels solid—much sturdier than a lot of other benches I’ve used in the past. The design just makes sense; there’s enough padding to be comfortable, but it’s firm enough for heavy lifting, and the adjustable features work smoothly without any wobble.One thing that surprised me is how easily I can tuck it away when I’m not using it, which is huge if you’re working with limited space like I am. I actually had a small hiccup with one of the parts right before setting it up, but reaching out to customer service was simple and they handled it quickly. They sent a replacement and I had it within four days—which is honestly faster than I expected. If you need a reliable, versatile bench for your home workouts, I definitely recommend this one. BEST ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS I’VE EVER SEEN. BENCH STURDY AND WORTH THE MONEY.
Very well thought out piece of equipment. These instructions were the best I’ve ever seen. So well organized you’d have to intentionally do it wrong. Bench adjusts for my 4″11 frame to my Hubs’. Sturdy with absolutely no give in the frame. Been using it daily and it’s a great piece of equipment esp for the price. Highly recommend.

Great bench – Lousy assembly instructions!
The instructional manual was HORRIBLE. The manual which hardware to use BUT lacked PICTURES of the actual bench assembly!!Basically you had blank pages with hardware numbers and lines connecting to NOTHING! Luckily, I was able to find a similar bench on their website and piece everything together, but if you’re not good at DIY stuff, then you might pass on this bench. The assembly wasn’t hard once I tracked down a manual with ACTUAL PICTURES.As for bench quality. I do like it. The bench seems solid, well-built, and versatile for lots of exercises.I’m going to take 1 star off for a nightmare of an instruction manual though. I WANT to take off 2 stars for that annoyance, but the bench really is a nice setup.

This is a great workout bench and the support team is even better.First, when the package arrives, be very careful where you cut into the box, because if you cut down the center with a long blade, you might hit the back pad. I read that on an earlier post and was careful. Once the box is open it is easy to take inventory of all the parts. The hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.) is encased in plastic and labeled, making it super easy to account for all the parts and to put the bench together. All the required tools are included, although I preferred to use my own socket wrenches (metric). The instructions are easy to follow. I actually had fun building it.Once built, the bench is solid and has a lot of settings to allow you to do a complete workout of most muscle groups Being a Flat, Incline and Decline (FID) bench, it allows you to work different parts of each muscle group (e.g. upper and lower pecs) It is also great for doing setups, hyper extensions and Roman Chair workouts. The package also includes a nice chart that you can hang on the wall. It shows many of the various workouts you can do with this bench.Now for their support: First, the online documentation is great. They have charts of workouts using this bench as well as charts for general workouts with dumbbells without the bench. They also have an online booklet showing exercises for each muscle group.After building the bench, my wife saw a wrinkle on the back pad and she was worried that it might wear through the covering over time. I sent a comment with a picture of the wrinkle to the company website. At 2:30 AM Pacific time the following morning (the company and I are both in California), they had already printed a USPS shipping label for a replacement back pad. They followed up with emails. I had a great email exchange with Isabel. I give their support team a ten out of five rating.

Quality Bench
A quality bench and the heft proves it. Sturdy. Looks daunting to put together but not really that hard, they even include tools. Good investment for it will last and is versatile.

Great product
This bench has changed my workout. No more DIY contraptions. The bench is versatile and durable. The design ensures it can hold You and your weights without fear of collapse. I cannot speak to the 1,000 lbs claim made in the product details, but I can say that it doesn’t sag, bend, or deflect in any way when I use it (I’m 170 lbs).I thought the preacher curl piece would get in the way but it’s easily removed. The unit has wheels to make it easy to move around your space. The entire bench is lightweight so no one will struggle to move it.

In short? Excellent.I don’t have much space so was looking for something versatile, well built and reasonably compact. Back hyper extensions were my primary goal, but for a little extra money and space it was sensible to go for something which offered more. Mission accomplished.This is a solidly built piece of equipment, excellent value for the price (especially if it’s on special). Assembly was easy and extremely well explained with all the large parts well identified and all the small parts individually labeled and separated in a blister pack. All parts present, everything in perfect shape. Putting it together was actually fun. Ikea could learn from these folks.I will also commend their customer service. I had a quibble (unrelated to the function or quality of the product) and they were extraordinarily helpful. So you not only get a quality, well designed piece of equipment you also know it has solid backup from the vendor. Impressive.Obviously, for the money, you aren’t getting ‘gym grade’ (you’d have to take out a loan and reinforce your floor for that), but for a home gym you can’t go wrong with this choice.Now all you have to do is use it :DBest of luck on your fitness journey.

J’ai longtemps cherché un banc multifonction de qualité. Il y a de nombreuses références, mais en regardant de plus près, beaucoup ne semblent pas très fiables. J’ai hésité avant de choisir ce modèle, notamment à cause de quelques critiques, certes peu nombreuses, mais qui peuvent faire douter. Finalement, je pense qu’elles ne sont pas justifiées pour plusieurs raisons. Tout d’abord, ce modèle, disponible depuis plusieurs années, a probablement été amélioré au fil du temps, ce qui rend certaines critiques obsolètes.La plus importante concernait le risque que le banc s’affaisse tout seul. Or, sur le modèle que j’ai reçu, il y a une patte de protection supplémentaire qui ne figure d’ailleurs pas sur les photos du site. Franchement, je n’ai rencontré aucun problème de stabilité et je suis en confiance. Quant aux vis ou pièces manquantes mentionnées par d’autres, je n’ai eu aucun souci. Il est possible que certaines personnes aient fait des erreurs lors du montage, qui est certes facile, mais peut prendre un peu de temps. Cependant, si vous savez monter un meuble Ikea, cela ne devrait poser aucun problème.J’aurais préféré un banc plus lourd, d’environ 20 kg de plus, pour garantir une plus grande stabilité, mais finalement, il est très stable. Cela dit, je ne l’utilise pas pour des exercices de levage intensif, mais principalement pour du gainage.Pour finir, je cherchais un banc compatible avec ma taille, soit 1,82 m, et celui-ci répond parfaitement à cette exigence (ce qui n’est pas le cas pour de très nombreuses références que l’on trouve sur le site).

Habe die Hantelbank bei den PrimeDays zu einem guten Preis erworben. Die Hantelbank kommt in einem einzigen übergroßen Paket, in dem alle Teile maximal platzoptimiert untergebracht sind.Mein Tipp: Bitte kontrolliert zu Beginn und VOR dem Aufbau vorsichtig insbesondere die Polster, ob diese während des Transportes nicht verrutscht und dadurch irgendwo eingedrückt oder zerknautscht sind => Ihr werdet den Inhalt ansonsten hinterher bei einer Reklamation nicht mehr wieder zusammensetzen können. Ich hatte einen solchen “Transportschaden”, aber der Support von FinerForm hat hier sehr gut und vorbildlich für Ersatz gesorgt.Zur Bank selber: sie ist mit der Anleitung einfach aufzubauen und steht sehr stabil. Allerdings solltet Ihr sie auf eine Rutschmatte oder ähnlichem platzieren, da die Füße glatt sind und keine Gummipuffer haben. Dementsprechend würde sie je nach Übung, Körpergewicht und Größe durchaus auch ein wenig verrutschen. Die Bank bietet verschiedene Einstell- und somit Trainingsmöglichkeiten und erfüllt meinen Zweck.Fazit: Ich bin mit dem Einsatz bislang sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung!
