Use microSD instead of paying for subcription
This digital frame is a huge upgrade from the most recent one we had to replace. However, there is a subsciption plan that I did not realize you would have to pay for to wirelessly upload photos. The touchscreen is good as well as the quality of the pictures, no matter how old they are. The frame was easy to set up (despite transferring pictures through manual storage) and the upload speed and time can be customized once photos are in the frame.

Best Gift I’ve Ever Given My Parents!
This digital photo frame has been the perfect solution for sharing photos with my tech-challenged parents! Been setting it up and using it for about 3 weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with how simple yet effective it is. The 10.1 inch screen displays photos with impressive clarity and vibrant colors – the 1280×800 resolution makes images look crisp and professional rather than pixelated. What makes this frame so special is the Frameo app that lets my siblings and I send photos directly to our parents’ frame from anywhere – I’ve sent pics from a business trip across the country and my sister has sent some from her vacation in Europe, all showing up within seconds! The setup was surprisingly straightforward – I had it connected to WiFi and working in under 10 minutes, despite being prepared for a lengthy tech support call with my parents. The touch screen is responsive and intuitive, making it easy for my non-tech-savvy dad to swipe through photos and adjust settings. One minor issue is that the auto-rotate feature occasionally takes a second or two to adjust when changing between portrait and landscape photos. Also noticed that while the 15-second video feature works well, it would be nice if it supported longer clips. The 16GB storage is plenty – I’ve uploaded about 200 photos so far and it shows plenty of space remaining. The sleep mode feature has been useful for automatically turning off the display at night to save power and not illuminate their living room. The frame’s simple black design looks elegant on their mantle and doesn’t scream “tech gadget” like some other digital frames I considered. My parents call me almost daily to mention new photos they’ve received from family members, showing how much it’s enhanced our connection despite living far apart. If your looking for a way to share photos with less tech-savvy family members without requiring them to check emails, use smartphones, or navigate complicated apps, this digital frame is definately worth the investment!

I just became a grand m’a ! But my daughter lives in a far away country and this is one way of keeping my grandson close ! I love how it sync to my other devices, when I’m sent something, I automatically put it on my frame, the quality is fantastic. I have pictures in there that I haven’t seen in ages. It also has the time, date and temperature, it’s the next best thing to slice bread. A must for anyone who has grandchildren.

The touch screen for set up has been extremely frustrating. It responds for a few seconds and then stops. Only portions of the screen respond at a time, rotating the frame to access different command points at different spots on the screen doesn’t help. 45 minutes later I’m finally able to upload photos but again, the touch screen only works randomly. I’m sure there are other frames that work better.
