Great Product

Excellent foam roller!
I bought this to use in specific exercises for my knee which I injured. It worked beautifully. The size was just right to roll over and feels good on my knee. It’s firm, but not rock hard.

I enjoy using this roller for muscle tension, especially of my legs, thighs and calves, as well as my upper back, posterior scapula or shoulder blades. I very much like and appreciate the firmness of it. I don’t like foam rollers that break down and get mushy after several uses. It is very effective to relax tight muscles and I also like the small size. I find that small diameter, 3- 4inch foam rollers provide better and more effective relief ot tension pain than large diameter, ie 6 inch foam rollers. I like that I can pack it in suitcase and take it traveling with me, very easily. it is an excellent value and should last indefinitely due to good design and build quality.

I have found many ways this foam roller can help me by using it not only on sore muscles but also as a prop in my yoga routine. I was expecting it to be longer but am glad now that it isn’t. The shorter length makes it even more adaptable to my many needs.
