Another Hanes hoodie.
I bought this hoodie during Prime Days at a rather incredible price. Like all Hanes hoodies I’ve owned over the years (and currently own), the quality is excellent.I consider this one to be a lightweight hoodie (which is what I wanted, for lounging around the house in winter). Being the middle of summer on the southwest coast, though, I haven’t really had a chance to gauge the warmth factor yet; but I’ve worn it a couple times outdoors in the pre-dawn hours, and I’m burning up after 10-15 minutes. So I would have to say that the fleece does a pretty good job of retaining body heat and keeping you warm. [UPDATE: 10/18/2024] Now that autumn is upon us and the temperature is cooling down, I’m in a much better position to comment on the warmth of this hoodie. I’ve worn it in 52-degree weather–which may not be “cold” to some but is certainly brisk, especially with a breeze coming off the cold California Current in dense fog–and I can attest that this hoodie has an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio; i.e. lots of warmth without a lot of weight.]Sizing runs about what you’d expect. I’m 6’3″ 260 lbs and ordered the XL. It’s a little short–I wear an XLT when available–but it fits great in the chest & sleeves. These are 50% cotton, so there will be some shrinkage, but not a ton; but then again, my wife washed it in cold water and air-dried it to be safe, only sticking it in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up after it was already dry.I don’t think Hanes hoodies are “perfect”, but if there’s a manufacturer of better hoodies out there, it’s a well-kept secret. You can’t beat Hanes, and this is another great selection in their lineup.

Fits true to size and is stylish. I bought this for my husband who is picky about material and he claimed this sweatshirt was soft and comfortable. I did not observe any shrinkage after washing and drying. However, I felt the sweatshirt lost its shape a little and looked a bit stretched out after a few washings. The zipper is durable and held up nicely. XXL fit perfectly. My husband is 5′ 11″ and 235 pounds.

This is a no-brainer. If you like warmup hoodies but taking them off is a pain, buy these zippered hoodies. It’s a warmup shirt, it’s a light jacket, it’s versatile. There are nice color options all with excellent quality.

Thin, fits great, didn’t shrink when washed, comfortable, BUT the pockets are way too small. My small phone won’t fit in them, not even my hand does. Pocket’s useless

The hood was a litlle bit unsewed when I got it, so the quality control is not the best, but appart from that it’s a good one.Just know that it’s on the lighter/thinner side and it’s a bit small for a XL.

I’ve purchased several of these hoodies. For some reason the price fluctuates wildly between colours, if you buy one the lower end of the price scale it is a good value.They tend to lose their “fluffiness” after repeated washings, this new one is quite a bit thicker than my older ones. Other than that it works great and looks good.
