A basic, yet fashionable and extremely comfortable shoe
The cushioning in this ballet shoe, support and much needed comfort was well worth the purchase of this Lifestride shoe. I need orthopedic-like footwear, after many years of standing and walking as an employee in retail stores. I’ve always counted on the familiarity and affordability, and lasting durability of this brand. It’s basic shoe, that is well worth the many features that I can always expect from Lifestride.

Cut in at the top
They are cute, but they run small at the top of the foot. They are cute enough to wear with dresses and comfortable enough to wear while teaching all day…if they didn’t cut in at the top.

True size once broken in.
I have trouble wearing most flats because the opening hits right across the widest part of my foot and pinches. I thought these did too. But I put on a lace footie and wore them at home while sitting down and then walking. They stretched just a tiny bit and are now a true, comfortable 8W. Will be ordering another pair. I do wish there were more colors, though.

Wonderful fit – toes not squished, quality shoe!
My foot is slightly wide, but not unusually so. These shoes fit wonderfully, absolutely perfect and they look great! I usually will not buy shoes online but I had to have shoes quickly and didn’t have time to shop…I am so glad I did.

Narrow toe
These shoes were nice & seemed like they would be comfortable but for the narrow toe. I don’t have wide feet but it felt like my toes were crunched together. If you have pointy toes this is the shoe for you. If you don’t I would reconsider. I’m disappointed because I really liked them otherwise.

Comfortable and stylish
I love these shoes! I really needed to replace my basic black flats that were nearly 7 years old and worn out. These shoes have thick soles without being clunky. They have a cushy insole that supports my arches and I can wear them all day (I work on my feet in a lab) without hurting my feet. Overall, I do think these shoes are a good value for the price.

Toe box is tight & short. Sizing off
Sizing isn’t right. It’s unfortunate because I need these shoes & the design is very pretty. This is my exact size I get in most shoes but these My normal size but these are gaping in the middle, by the arch, not wide where they should be, in toe box so they hurt the big toe. They’re short in length compared to other 71/2 & rough in the heel

I LOVE these shoes. Style is nice enough to wear with dresses, but casual enough to go with jeans. The taupe colour is perfect with jeans. I wore them yesterday out shopping for about 4 hours shopping, and no pinching or pain. I plan to get other colours when they go on sale again.

Comfortable shoe. I have several very similar shoes all but Lifestride. They hold up and last well. Comfortable. My foot is slightly narrow and these fit. It’s also flat.

The sizing is perfect for me, and I like the style, but as another reviewer mentioned, if you walk on small stones or gravel, you can feel them right through the shoe. It would be helpful if the soles were thicker.
