Update: having issues with remote holding a charge but waiting to hear back from customer serviceThis is hands down my most favorite item I’ve ever ordered from Amazon. I have been wanting to try and buy an LED face mask for years. The pure excitement I experienced upon opening this was like that of a child on Christmas morning.I researched this brand and everything has checked out. One of the most important things to consider before buying a mask is to make sure it’s FDA compliant and this one definitely is!One of the first things you notice is the color of the mask itself! It’s not the normal white and I actually prefer this gray color! The mask is made from silicone so it’s lightweight, flexible and super easy to clean. Never use any product on it. Only wipe clean with a soft cloth and water.It comes with an extra head strap but I haven’t needed to use it. It also comes with a draw string carrying case which is nice for on the go or when storing away.It’s important that you only use this mask on clean skin. I like to use it post shower as part of my routine now. Clean skin is more receptive to the red light therapy. It’s also imperative that you use a deep moisturizer after each session since red light can zap and dry out your skin.I have super sensitive skin so I was expecting a little redness after using it since my red light lamps usually tend to do that to me but I have had zero irritation with this mask in particular.My husband wears it too and we each do a cycle a day. It’s recommened 3-5x per week and I’m opting for the “total glow” setting.The only downside I have noticed is that sometimes the mask lets light into my eyes if I don’t get it strapped down tightly enough. My husband also mentioned he deals with the same issue. Once you get a feel for it, you’ll get the fit just right.One of the things I love about this mask is being able to multi task when using it. The remote is super handy and easily fits into a pocket or clip onto your pants. It gives you a countdown so you know how much time is remaining during each session.I absolutely cannot wait to see my results after 4-6 weeks. I’m really hoping it can help with redness and the overall texture of my face.This mask is priced on the lower end for a quality infared light mask but nothing about it feels low end. Many masks I looked at were closer to $500. I think this is a phenomenal product at an even better price point.I would definitely recommend this mask for you and your friends and family! This would make an epic gift to you or anyone else in your life!Studies have shown these masks are really doing something positive for your skin so it’s not just a gimmick! It’s science!

Nice easy setup. Seems easier than a wand. Easy to use.
My daughter had mentioned a “Red light” wand to treat your skin and it sounded interesting.Seeing this mask, however, seems a lot more efficient.SETUP:This was super easy to set up. The mask itself has the back straps attached. The top one, you need to add. It’s important to put the adjustment facing up, so you can adjust it, once it’s on. I did the reverse and then realized my mistake. You use the USB C to USB cable to charge the controller. It said 2-½ hours to fully charge. But ours was nearly charged out of the box.Once charged, then all you do is connect the controller to the mask (In place of the charging cable) and hold the on button. The mask turns on in Deep Repair mode. Pressing the M button changes this to Total Glow. Pressing again goes to Blemish Clear. Once you are in the mode you want, the timer counts down from 10 minutes and turns off after that automatically.This comes in a nice solid box that I would tend to re-use to store it. But you also have a nice silky bag to store it in as well.USAGE:To review success of use, is not something done quickly in a review so soon, but having used it, I found it super simple. The mask seems slightly warm after being on for a few minutes. It never gets uncomfortable. If you wear glasses, you need to take them off.As far as fit, you can see in the photo, that the eye area is open, so the effect on the sensitive eye areas is minimal. My assumption is that this light will tighten the skin overall and that will reduce sagging, but not specifically on sensitive eye tissues.The instructions emphasize concern for photo sensitive individuals including medications that make you photosensitive. So keep that in mind. Years ago when I had acne, they used light for acne reduction, likely the same method as the Blemish clear here. Some of the meds you might take for acne can also make you photo sensitive.Since I used a face lotion with a mild sun block, I usually wash my face before I use this mask, as it would defeat its purpose. After having used it, my skin feels a bit tighter. Or that could just be in my head.SUMMARY:Super easy to use. Only time will tell if it works.

My wife and I have been using this mask for the past few weeks and it has genuinely exceeded our expectations. We’ve tried a number of LED masks before (some considerably more expensive) and this one easily matches or surpasses them in terms of quality, comfort, power and results.One thing we both noticed immediately was how well the MyHalos mask fits vs competitors. The mask sits comfortably and securely on both of us. It feels lightweight but premium and the flexibility means it contours nicely to your face rather than feeling rigid like some others we’ve used. We’ve both commented on the straps being very good at securing the mask. There’s a second strap on top to help keep the mask secure, but you can easily use it without if you prefer (helps if you have product in your hair)!Switch it on and it feels powerful – I’m not sure of the science here, but it’s somehow a more intense glow and feels like it’s working harder for you.Once you’re wearing it, it’s very easy to use. The handheld controls are simple and intuitive, and the belt clip is a clever way of making the mask feel practical and allowing you to incorporate your session into your daily routine or while doing daily chores. This is most definitely NOT the case with other masks we’ve tried. The dust bag was a nice surprise and helps keep the mask clean and safe – so far it’s a lot more practical to use than re-boxing the mask like others we’ve used.The biggest endorsement came yesterday when my wife went for her regular facial. Her beautician asked what she’d been doing differently as her skin looked particularly good (clearer and brighter). I guess that comment alone says a lot.If you’re considering an LED mask and want something that feels like proper quality, works intuitively, feels like it will last, and seems to deliver actual results, this one easily gets our vote.

Real results will take time and in my view at least three months of consistent use are needed before any visible changes can be expected. So far usage feels simple, painless, and relaxing. Sessions are easy to follow and fit well into regular routine. Mask feels comfortable on face and flexibility helps it sit evenly without pressure. Battery lasts well for multiple sessions before recharge. At this stage experience is neutral to positive, with no irritation or discomfort noticed. Long term effectiveness still needs more time to assess, so final judgement will depend on continued use over coming months.

This mask is definitely on the pricey side, but it makes a fantastic present and is well worth a try. I have quite sensitive skin and was a bit sceptical and nervous at first, but it’s been absolutely fine for me – no irritation at all. I used to go to a beautician every month for a deep clean and a facial massage, and this has completely replaced that routine. It’s easy to use, feels comfortable on the face, and the quality is excellent. I’ve been using it for almost a month, five times a week, ten minutes per session. My skin feels better, firmer, and not as dry as before, and even my sensitive under‑eye area looks smoother and more lifted. My skin is radiant and glowing. I’m really happy with it. MyHalos® Red Light Mask for Face – LED Face Mask – Light Skin-Care Device with Redlight, Blue-Light & Near-InfraredThis is the 4th red light mask I have used, all of which are within a few pounds of this price point and so far it is my favourite.Red light therapy has been shown to work and my experience of home use masks is very positive, I have been using them almost daily for 6 months and my skin has never looked so good, I just wish they had been around longer and I may have been able to better preserve more youthful skin. I know that I am getting comments on how good my skin is looking these days, something happening too often now to be a coincidence. Results are subtle and over time, but the best thing I have found is that the results are most noticeable to me when I am make up free. My whole complexion is fresher and more healthy looking than it has ever been. You do not need to use it daily, but I have found myself in a routine where I do and I only skip the odd day.This is a very good quality mask and even after the first couple of uses I can tell this is premium, and I would choose this over my bought hard shell cryoglow mask. I feel the lights in this works at least as well, if not better than that. My skin looked amazing immediately after my first session, though I am at an advantage of having used a similar mask for several months already.The design of this one is going to be more appealing to men than other options, though any LED mask can obviously be used by any gender.What I love about this over my other masks is how simple it is to use, all the three modes are 10 minutes long and each mode is a different light colour. I wear glasses, which cant be worn while wearing any of my masks, this included. I cannot read the screens on the remotes on my other 2 main masks while wearing the masks. So with others I have to turn the mask on and find the right mode before putting it on, which I dont like doing because of the brightness of the light. This isnt an issue with this mask as I can see from the colour of the light whilst I’m wearing it, which mode im on and just flip through them to the right setting when I want to use the total glow rr the blemish repair.The second thing I like is how comfortable it is to wear. It is the perfect balance of nicely shaped but still soft and pliable so that once fasted on it feels very comfortable across the whole face including round the eyes and nose area. This is the most comfortable of any mask I have tried and is head and shoulders better than the cryoglow when it comes to comfort and fit.Thirdly, the eye part is wide enough that you still have full field of vision while wearing it. I do not need to make any adjustments and I can wear this and watch TV without even noticing it is on. Both my other 2 regularly used masks, I feel like I need to constantly adjust for comfort, or to improve my field of vision, with the MyHalos that is not an issue. I also find I dont need the second strap that goes over my head when just wearing it sat in front of the tv. If I could see well enough to not need glasses, this is the only mask of any I have tried that I feel I could do anything while wearing it and not worry about it slipping or need adjusting. There is a belt hook on the back of the remote, so even it you dont have pockets, you can secure the remote while you wear it while doing something, be it reading, housework, working on a computer.The instruction booklet is very easy to navigate and has all the info you need. There is a QR code on the manual to take you to the instructions on the website, though the QR code took me to instructions for a different mask, one that is probably an earlier version, based on this instructions this one has more streamlined settings. There is a nice bag to put the mask in when not in use.So if you are really struggling to choose which LED mask to buy then I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this one. I just like the way it functions, and the comfort of it. I do think it is a premium product, it is good value and it provides effective light therapy for your face.
