Great face massage tool
These are great quality and feel very well made. I’ve given them as gifts and others love them too. I have had some trouble getting the ball out, so I pop it out by pushing through the hole in the other side. It’s easy to use and makes for a quick cooling face massage in the morning to help me wake up. Highly recommend!

Stays cold so LONG
I would be giving this item 5 stars but the only downside about it is that it leave a black residue on my face after I use it. I clean it the way the instructions say to do. I do love it though other than that but have to wash my face after to get the black off. Stays cold really long.

Purchased on sale.This ball stays cold at all times. No need to put this on the fridge or freezer. Easy to use, simply apply light pressure and glide around the tense areas of your face. Also functions down the sides of the neck. I’ve used this multiple times for tense muscles or pain in the neck. The cold ball definitely relieves pain for short periods of time.

Rolling does *not* rip out hair around face or at the base of neck!
I use this to help ease migraine and TMJ pain. I tried an inexpensive brand of a similar nature which kept ripping out my hair, even when using it on my face, but this one does *not* snag the hairs in front of my ears. It stays nice and cold and feels blissfully relaxing, and rolls extremely smoothly. I keep this in my studio micro fridge to keep it chilled and ready for use if migraine strikes while I’m working out there.I like that the ball is removable for thorough cleaning.The only thing I would change about this would be to include some sort of silicone sheath toward the bottom to help with grip, because the base isn’t very ergonomic to hold onto. But I will gladly forego a silicone grip to avoid ripping out my hair when I have a migraine. In fact, I just ordered a second one to keep in my home refrigerator for acute migraine attacks.

Great quality, easy to use. It’s amazing for massaging your own shoulders back, legs. I use it to increase blood flow to my face. The ball can be cool or warm, depending on how you prep it. I have purchased three so far and recommend this product.
