I’m surprised this doesn’t have more positive reviews. It’s cheaper than other niacinamide out there (the bottle is gigantic-2 year supply!) and there are no fillers!I bought this for anxiety/depression and while I have noticed feeling more relaxed from this supplement, particularly in my muscles/body, I think it’s too early to tell.What I have noticed without a doubt is that it has made my hair extremely soft! It seriously looks and feels GORGEOUS! I’m sure it’s going to stimulate hair growth given how healthy it has made my hair.The other thing is my skin! It’s looking more and more smooth and flawless every day. I had bad acne as a teenager and still get a mild flare up now and again, but the main thing that bothered me was skin discoloration. Since using this nicinamide my skin tone looks so smooth and even. Any blemish I have clears up quickly! It’s a miracle product!If you’re looking for softer healthier hair and bright clear complexion, try this!! I’ve been loving the results!

Pure Niacinamide that is easy to swallow and absorbed well. I take it before bedtime and I will recommend it to all of my friends. Niacinamide is an important supplement.
