Easy to set up
This red light therapy light is a great size to get broad coverage. It easy to set up and get started. The only issue I had was trying to find a way to have it shine over the top of my face as I was lying down rather on just one side. It may be that I need to rotate which side I have it sitting on each session to get more even coverage. I like that it has dual wavelengths to maximize the effectiveness of he time under the light. I have been using this for a little while and haven’t seen a ton of improvement yet, but I know I need to be more consistent with it to really see the results. For the size and sturdiness of the stand, I think this is a great price point.

Great red-light therapy for those who don’t like masks (caution: may get hijacked by relatives!)
So, I recently found out about the benefits, real and potential, of red-light therapy on skin. I’d bought my wife a red-light mask, and she suggested I try…so when I saw this lamp, I figured I would.First things first: the lamp seems to be made of metal and solid plastic, and overall, it felt solid and sturdy when handling its parts. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and I have to say I was pleased with the final product: in addition to being nice and stable, its extendable height and adjustable arms gives it a great deal of articulation, which I like in products like this because you can adjust it to wherever you are sitting or lying.Now, here’s the thing: I got to use this thing one time – ONE TIME – before my wife saw it and started using it whenever it was quicker and more convenient than using her mask. My mother-in-law saw it and started using it even more…I haven’t even had a chance to get in edgewise between the two of them! The neat thing is however, it’s often easier to see results on someone else than it is on yourself…and I know it could be the whole placebo thing at work here, but I feel that it’s making a difference in their complexion: my wife’s skin seems firmer and more “rosy”/healthy, and even my mother-in-law’s skin seems to be responding positively to it (she hasn’t been “borrowing” it quite as long as my wife has been using that and her mask, so the results are more subtle…but something IS going on, for sure). Both of them, like myself, like the convenience of being able to position it exactly how you want it, and it has the added benefit of being able to be applied to any part of the body, not just the face. Finally, it has a timer, which is good for people like me: If I end up dozing off under this thing, I don’t have to worry about getting too much of a good thing.If I can ever get around to using it for an extended period myself, I can report on my own direct results…but as it is, I can see how it seems to be benefiting the ladies around me, at least. Just know that if you get this, YOUR family members may be stopping by for skin treatments themselves! In any case, I recommend it!

Convenient Set up and Bright
This red light therapy setup has been really convenient because I no longer feel like I need to wake up early and sit outside for sunlight. The light gives me what I need right indoors. The stand is easy to adjust and the whole unit is simple to move around, so I can use it on the couch or at my desk while I am working. It is bright, effective, and very easy to work into a daily routine. A great option for getting consistent red light without having to go outside.

Great design and I hope we will get the intended results
I ordered this for my wife to use. That’s not to suggest that she needs any help with her face or body but we hoped it would help with some of the aches and pains that come with aging. The lamp requires some minor assembly, but it was very easy to put it together. The stand and articulating arm make it easy to position the lamp wherever it is needed. She and I have both been using the lamp for a couple of weeks, trying to use it for about 10 minutes each evening. It is really hard to say whether the lamp is producing pain relief or if there is just a placebo effect at this point, but we both feel like it is helping. Hopefully another month or so and we will have a better sense of the long term benefits from red light therapy. The lamp is well built and the design of the stand and articulating arm is great. This lamp, or at least the stand, will last for a long time and I assume the lamp itself will also last for a long time. I think it is a great deal at under $100.00. Very giftable.

An affordable option to try out RLT.
These diodes are smaller and less quality than the higher end RLT (Red Light Therapy) panels that you will pay hundreds of dollars for. However, this panel will allegedly output the same spectrum of frequency as the higher-end panels.The panel emits plenty of light and you would do well to wear the included glasses if you are exposing your face to the light.The panel is very light in weight and the stand is ok for its use case. Both seem to be fairly cheaply made.After setting up the panel it is easy to use and turn on.Overall, 4 stars for quality and affordability.

Great Find
I’d been looking for a red light therapy lamp for a while and finally found this one that worked for me. The lamp is good quality, sturdy, easy to set up and store when not in use. Appreciate that the light will rotate 360 degrees to allow treatment of different areas. I can move it from room to room for convenience. Also appreciate the two different settings for treating different areas. I believe I see a difference in my skin just with a few uses, time will tell for sure.Good value for the price.

Nice red-light therapy stand and set up
This red light therapy set up is a nice way to get more coverage. The included stand and the angled lights help to direct the light larger portions of your body at once. Everything seems sturdy and should hold up over time. It comes with a set of safety glasses for you to wear to protect your eyes from the light. These are basic, but comfortable enough. The light is easy to operate and feels good on the skin. I’m still a little skeptical of this, but it does seem to be helping with some shoulder pain I’ve been having. Currently, this device has an awesome coupon bring the price down to only $27. For that price, it definitely can’t hurt to try it out for yourself.
