Easy, Kid-Friendly Sunscreen Solution
I bought the Roe Wellness Kids SPF 50 brush-on mineral sunscreen for my kids, and it’s been a game-changer. Traditional sunscreen can be messy and a battle to apply, but this powder brush makes it so much easier. My kids actually let me use it without fussing, which is a win in itself.The powder goes on smoothly, isn’t sticky, and is perfect for touch-ups throughout the day. I especially love using it on their scalp and when my girls wear pigtails. No greasy mess, just quick protection where lotion is hard to apply.It’s reef-friendly, safe for sensitive skin, and compact enough to toss in my bag. While it’s not a full replacement for lotion during long swims, it’s the perfect supplement for daily use and reapplication.

Great product!! (And usage tip)
Love this sunscreen! I feel confident in the ingredients of this brand– so much better for my baby than some of the other stuff out there. And this is soo easy to put on! I spent a week in CA and forgot the spf I usually put on my face everyday. Used this instead and it worked well and didn’t bother my skin! Worked great for me and my baby! I will say– when I first opened it it was hard to tell if it was working / coming out or not. The powder is hard to see, but if you flip the brush with your fingers (toward a light for extra visibility) you can see it.

Great Product
This is so much easier to put on than the liquid sunscreen. My kids don’t yell as much when I put it on, and they actually ask me to put it on instead of fighting me. It protected them from the sun really well.

I’ve been using Rae’s Mineral Face Sunscreen for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a gentle, mineral-based SPF with clean ingredients.Texture & Application:The formula is lightweight and blends better than many mineral sunscreens I’ve tried. It does go on with a slight white cast at first (which is expected with zinc oxide), but it fades after a few minutes of blending. It works best when applied to well-moisturized skin.Finish:It leaves a natural, slightly dewy finish — not greasy, but not matte either. If you have oily skin, you might want to pair it with a setting powder. On my combination skin, it wears comfortably throughout the day.Ingredients:Big plus: it’s fragrance-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and made without parabens or synthetic dyes. Great for sensitive skin or anyone avoiding chemical sunscreens.Performance:It offers solid SPF 30 protection, and I haven’t experienced any irritation or breakouts. It also layers well under makeup, though I prefer it on its own for low-maintenance days.Downsides:The only con for me is the initial white cast and the fact that it takes a little extra effort to blend. What a mess!
I gave this product only three stars because the bottom fell off and dropped the powder all over me as my husband and I were driving my son to school. We rely on powder sunblocks a lot as we have a light-skinned blonde-haired boy. He’s able to use these easily on his head, neck, ears and face. I especially like that this one has a higher SPF than we’ve seen in the past and we’ve been using powder sunblocks for at least 5 years. One of the things we usually look for is refillable or replaceable powder. However, we didn’t expect it opening on us.

This is amazing for on the go kids! Sports, water days, hoppin’ out of the car after school. Convenient and my kids tolerate it well. It doesn’t leave a mess and isn’t sticky, they hate that.

Did my research and this is one of the better for you sunscreens. I brought it for my baby and she didn’t care at all that I was using the brush. The brush is soft and easy to use. You can see the powder come out so you know you’re putting it on. Small and easy for traveling or just to leave in the diaper bag.

Great sunscreen!
I use this on my scalp and for my one year olds scalp/ head. She has very fine hair and it’s hard to get liquid lotions or sprays through her hair. This works so great! She also has extremely sensitive skin and we haven’t had any issues at all! We use it for quick little head/face applications when we went be outside very long. Will definitely be a sun staple in my house! My only con is that the cap breaks easily and then doesn’t stay on! Not a big deal but makes it harder to keep the brush nice and clean.
