thankful for such a cheap supplement that I get real results from!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was happy to find a 100mg tablet, most are higher. I split them in half to take 3-4 times a day as Dr Mercola suggests, as being water soluble it passes through quickly. There’s been some studies casting some suspicion on higher doses, and these small tablets let me keep it low, and even cheaper. I split two tabs each morning, and leave them on the counter to easily take throughout the day. Since taking this my energy has evened out, and my drowsy afternoons leading to naps have pretty much stopped, I’m so relieved. I hope the mitochondrial and brain benefits are true, but regardless I’m seeing real results and will continue!

Gets to 50 mg with a Pill Splitter
The body really only needs about 50mg of niacinamide per day, not more. It’s a necessary nutrient, critical to numerous reactions in cellular respiration. Taking too much won’t work, and it’s not that easy to get in everyday foods. So the problem is what apparently the “market” considers to be a very low dose. “More is Better” seems to be the marketing rule. I found this 100mg tablet after a lot of looking, and the tablets are large enough to fit in a typical pill splitter you can buy at most stores. It’s not a perfect solution, but the only 50mg version I’ve found was vastly over-priced. This works, at an affordable price.

A trustworthy brand that delivers
I have noticed a big difference since taking this supplement. I have a MTHFR gene mutation and struggle with methylation that ends up making me very tired because my cells no longer have the voltage to work properly. When I read that this helps restore your mitochondria, is vital for cell metabolism, repairs DNA and brain function, I had to try it. My inflammation is so high that it affects everything from my brain to my gut because my nervous system is super duper sensitive. I trust this brand and have noticed that they don’t use a lot of unnecessary fillers or ingredients that actually make people more sick, whether they realize it or not. So if you are sensitive like me … exhausted, dizzy, have brain fog and you know your nervous system in a wreck, trust this brand and this supplement.

Small, easy to take pills without the flush
Convenient size and quantity. Hard to tell if it actually does anything (like most vitamins or supplements) but this doesn’t cause the niacin flush.Great price and I’d definitely buy this again.
