Great product. Fits pefectly around my neck and upper back/shoulder and sufficently heats my sternocleidomastoid muscle and upper trapezius muscle. No adjustments need once set in place. The weight and magnets hold the heat pad in place to direct the heat to the intended muscles.

Does the job, isn’t life changing
I have a chronic pain condition and rely on this for almost all day use (at least 5 times a day). I purchased this in April of this year and it is now doing an immediate auto shutoff when I turn it on. Waiting on the manufacturer to get back to me about the warranty.Heat: It gets very hot and up until recently was able to hold that heat no problem. the neck cuff does not heat well compared to the rest of the product, and I mainly needed it for the neck. It was maybe 2 small heat cords in the neck and they do almost nothing. If I was to increase the heat in order to get more heat on the neck I would burn myself with the rest of the pad.Weight and flexibility: this stays in place really well. The neck has a flexible piece in it that holds shape and can contour well, and the weight of the shoulder pieces keeps it on my body well.I would have returned it for something else but I just couldn’t be bothered. If you are a sporadic heat pad user then this is absolutely for you. If you are a chronic pain/every day user then spend the extra money to get something perfect.

Hubby and I are fighting over this so I’m here to buy another. NO COMPLAINTS…obvi! Prior to purchasing I’d noticed some negative reviews concerning heat issues, fit issues (how’s that even possible??) and it not being what they “expected”. All I can say about that is I’ve learned far too many peeps purchase items without reading, researching, checking reviews, etc. There is NOTHING WRONG with this item! It would/should “fit” anyone, bcoz I’m a very tall/big girl and he’s a rather small/lanky guy yet it “fits” both of us perfectly. It heats evenly, comfortably and quickly. Has 4 Temps from Low to High and we’ve not made it past #2 bcoz it gets pretty darn warm on #2. It’s convenient as heck, and even has a release button so you can walk-away still wearing it for those trips to the kitchen/bathroom/wherever then return and plug it back in — meaning the cord stays and you just walk around with a still warm neck wrap. SUPER-cooL. We LOVE to wear it while sitting at the desk on our computers bcoz it’s addressed pain, tightness and neck tweaks beautifully. Game changer! LOL Imagine anyone who sits long spells doing anything where they’re looking down would love it as much as we do. Don’t expect it to warm your back bcoz it’s a NECK warmer, and nowhere does it say/read that it does warm the back. Yes, perhaps it’d be nice to have a design that does both but we already have their back warming massager (LOVE them too) and, honestly, I’m betting if they made one that did both areas those same chronic complainers would have something negative to say. Guess it’s true….ya just can’t please everybody. Especially folks looking for something to complain about simply so they can vent — or get their money back! Like I’ve said, the two of us love this…kinda obvi since I’m here to grab a 2nd so we’re not fighting over it (same thing happened when I bought myself their back warming massager 2yrs ago. LOL) We’ve both been in multiple car accidents over our lifetimes so we’ve chronic neck and back issues. If you’re wavering or vacillating just BUY IT. Thick bar makes it uncomfortable
As a cervical fusion patient I cannot tolerate a lot of things on my neck. I’ve been looking for a neck heating pad to help with the pain. I bought this because a reviewer said it went up high on the back of the neck which it does. However, there are 2 problems with it. First, there is a thick moldable bar between the neck and shoulder part. It’s about the size of a Tootsie roll and runs across the width of the pad. It’s moldable I assume so you can adjust it to how you want it around your neck. BUT, it makes it painful to lean against and forget using it in bed. The second is I couldn’t discern any direct heat in the neck portion, it seemed to be referred at best. There is plenty of heat but turning it up to try to get heat into the neck makes the rest too hot. I had to return it.

Works amazing for the neck and shoulders
No kore trying to fold a heating pad anf hold itagainst the neck. Wy mife is always using small heating pad on her neck. I saw this and thought if her and i got it as a surprise for her. And man does it work PERFECTLY! Noce heat output its got little weighted beads on the edges of it to hold it down using gravity. Its got a magnetic clasp in the front to keep it closed at the front for you so it stays in place and closed. And the neck ortion has a bendable portion you can squeeze closed more so it fits smaller necks! This is a must have for shoulders and neck pain. I tried it out after she did and lay back on the couch and it was nice and warm! I have had several sunbeam products and there always awesome this is a blessing for the wifes neck highly recommended!
