My dog has an auto-immune disorder. The vet told me to give her 250 mg of Niacinamide to help. I finally found Swanson capsules because Niacinamide isn’t the best tasting. Since I’vebeen Giving her these once a day, her symptoms have disappeared. Since I have to keep her on this to the end, i’m Thankful to have found it. Great product and capsulescan be easily swallowed by a small dog. There is a definite difference between Niacinamide and simply Niacin!

Like that I don’t feel the burn
I like that I don’t feel the burn with these, but I think they are helping with my Seasonal Affective Disorder. I also have the capsules that are 500 mgs. When I take those I definitely feel the burn, when I take 2 of these thought an they equate to that same amount of Mgs I don’t feel the burn. Not sure why, but as long as they’re working I prefer it without the burn

Outstanding Effects
According to Dr Abrahm Hoffer, MD taking 2-250mg every 2hrs throughout the day along with vitamin c (you need to test for your dosage of c) it will heal arthritis and pain. Yes it does!!!! I was taking the niacinamide 500 mg 3-4 Times/day and it was not as effective until I switched to the low dose every 2 hours. In addition it cured my insomnia. Thank you cor providing a low dose quality vitamin at an affordable price.

250 mg capsules are hard to find
Swanson is a very reputable company. And I wanted to get capsules in greater strength than 100 mg but less strength than 500 mg, which is the most common strength. Swanson was the only brand in this strength I could locate. Highly recommended.
