Great for exercise, but …
Having searched through many similar items, I decided on this. I had been using it for about a week when one of the wheels simply froze up. After dismantling it, it was just a matter of prying the wheel away from the body of the unit and applying a good amount of WD40. Although it wasn’t a difficult fix, I expected better from a product in this price range.

I was very, very dubious of this. I need to keep my core in shape because otherwise my already bad back will get worse, but because of my back many core exercises can’t be done.I read the description and just didn’t understand how this could be effective.It shipped and arrived quickly, it was like a hint to get to it.There’s no assembly required. It’s a nicely padded, quite lightweight piece of equipment, very portable.I assumed the position and gave it a go and WOW, felt it instantly.The resistance is good and you get a bit of workout on your arms too. It’s sturdy and very easy to use. It has a phone holder so you can follow a video workout guide if you want.You can use this anywhere you can stretch out, it doesn’t shift from side to side.I am surprised it works so well and there are more workouts you can do to tone other areas.It’s kind of fun too.

My husband and I need to get in shape, and our children are athletes. I thought if we weren’t able to use it, at least the kids could.When we unboxed the ab roller, it was already assembled and ready to go. I was happy about that. If I can avoid putting something together, I will. It’s not big and bulky, so it can be taken on trips too.I’ve had a lot of surgeries and injuries, so I wasn’t sure if I could use it because I was worried about straining something. I tried it anyway, and as soon as I got on it, I could tell that it’s sturdy and durable. I went ahead and did a few reps, and I was able to do it without feeling like it was too much. I could feel the burn. This little thing has an amazing ability to adjust to what you need. Everyone tried it, and we all noticed that feature.Besides doing the regular ab workout, there’s other exercises that it can be used for to get a full body workout. There’s also a slot to put a phone. I find it easier to workout when I’m distracted from what I’m doing, so I will enjoy that feature.My whole family is happy with this little gadget.
