A great roller wheel that won’t damage your wall if you use vertically
I rarely give 5 star reviews, but I liked this device so much that I ordered it twice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my rehab therapist said using these devices on a wall will help with my posture and avoiding fusion of my spine. I feel it working I stretch up a wall with it.The best part is that the tread is mostly a type of rubber, so if you use it on a wall — it won’t leave nearly as bad a tread mark as other non-padded roller wheels. So my wallpaper has survived my sessions with the roller without any noticeable damage. One other quality I enjoyed is that the handles are large and very comfortably surrounded with foam.Highly recommend

Mini Travel Size Roller
Compact ab roller wheel. Spins nicely as long as you don’t push the handles together too tight. You are able to pull the handles back off after you assemble it which would make it nice for travel purposes if needed. The provided mat is nice and protects your knees from the hard ground, however it is a little small. Comes with a red line type of thing, not really sure what it is for, but I think it is supposed to be used to mark on the ground how far you need to go for a workout. Nice rubber on the wheel that prevents it from slipping on hard flooring. Grips are nice and cushy and are a comfortable fit in my hand. Overall, a very nice wheel for the price. Would reccomend as long as you don’t mind the wheel being on the smaller size (don’t really know if the smaller size really effects anything).

Simple to use but you do have to actually use it consistently to see results. Start small and start increasing reps. This took me months but it is worth it. Not bulky. I see this as a forever a forever ab roller wheel lasting forever

Very good quality ab roller wheel love the wide wheel easy to assemble like the included knee pad so you don’t hurt your knees very effective workout with this thing my abs are sore after using first time good value very stable doesn’t wobble I bought this one because it’s thicker than a standard ab roller wheel would highly recommend this product
