Great service, good product
I’m going to keep this review as honest as can be.I ordered this neck massager in July. probably used it about 3 times but not consistently. When I went to use it a few weeks ago, the massager would not stay on for more than 5 seconds. As soon it felt the slightest touch it would shut off.Since my return window was already closed on amazon by this time, I reached out directly to the sellers via their messaging application. They immediately offered a resolution.We worked out a replacement and I am very satisfied with their service. I’m hoping this one will last me much longer than the first. I will most definitely update if otherwise.For the product: I hold a lot of my stress in my neck area starting at the lower part of my head down to my shoulders. This product has helped me decompress and unwind on the days I need it the most. It offers different pressure levels and with the straps it makes it easier to hold in place with out compromising the relaxation of the rest of my body.

I have purchased 5-7 of these over the years soI’m finally leaving a review! They do eventually wear out – but I am rough on them. I like deep massage so I put my weight into it. I massage my back & neck (of course) and my arms and even my hamstrings and calves. I use the machine sitting on the couch so I lean against it for my back and neck. I weight about 170lbs. It probably deserves 5 stars but I know the 2-5 star reviews get read more! I ALWAYS have an extra one on hand. I love these massagers! (Pic is massaging the back of my leg). I even take them when I travel sometimes. 🙂 For sure a good purchase!

This neck and back massager has been a big hit with everyone who’s used it. The deep kneading is strong and relaxing, and the heat function really helps ease tension in the shoulders and upper back. It feels well made and does exactly what it’s meant to do.It would be even better if it were cordless and rechargeable, as that would make it more convenient to use anywhere. That said, the power cord doesn’t take away from how effective it is. Overall, it’s an amazing massager that gets used a lot.
