There isn’t much to an ab wheel. Will it roll and is it made well so it will last are the important questions. This appears to meet both criteria and is among the least expensive options.

This functions great! Out of the box it took seconds to assemble together, then I got a really quality workout ….for about a minute before I ran out of breath lol. But I’m slowly building up comfort with it and stamina. It rolls really smoothly and despite being extremely lightweight, I’ve never had a concern about it breaking.

Good product – hard to do the exercise but I’ll persevere.
I’m a 57 year old forever overweight female who had been gym training for the past two years. Menopause is a B*^%H for trying to lose weight and get in shape. Part of my routine was doing 100 crunches 3x week which were tiring but quite manageable. I’ve had the AB roller for a week now am it’s SO much harder. Have managed to get 2 sets of 10 going (and then not totally down to the floor) but I’ll persevere. The roller is easy to use. Getting the right technique (to not strain back or neck) is harder but I watched a good video online and I’m feeling okay after each session.

Feels sturdy and very effective for intense ab workout even if you are a beginner
For years I’ve had the single wheel and it wobbles all over the place making the working harder and more intimidating for a beginner level. This double wheel provides stability and I look forward to using it as I improve on my core strength. Make sure you are in the proper position and stay within your capability. Do not think that you are going to roll all the way out like most videos demonstrate. A little really goes a long way!

This product does not have ball bearing in the wheel hub (despite stating on the box “strong bearing). Obviously, a misleading description. Without any ball bearings, the wheel basically rubs and grates against the metal handle bars and the plastic grips. The results of this friction is fine, powdery plastic particles that goes on your hands and floor. There is a risk that one can breathe in the plastic dust. So, after 2 minutes of testing, I disappointingly have to return this. Absolute rubbish and not recommended to anyone in the name of health.
