good, but super thin.
needed a mat for weight training, aerobics & cardio. needed it wide, non-slip, and padded for lighter impact.pros: larger width works for aerobics. can be folded & tucked away easily & nicely. doesn’t seem to slip. relatively light.cons: super thin (almost same as ground). material is simply dense shaped foam. colors seem not as vibrant as depicted.

Super spacious yoga mat that folds up nicely to put away
Really like these ididi brand yoga mats, the POE material is good and just thick enough, and if you need some extra thickness and don’t need the full mat you can partially fold it. The folding points seem fairly sturdy, I haven’t had one tear, but it still folds pretty well and becomes pretty compact. I really like the blue color of this one too, it’s a bit unique and I find it pleasant.Honestly I don’t have any complaints about this mat, if you want one that is 50% wider than a 24 inch but can fold up and be compact, it’s perfect and I highly recommend it, really glad that I got this for review.

Best yoga mat out there
I never thought that I’d be this happy about a yoga mat but here we are and I’m very very happy.When you’re doing yoga a good mat is important . I mean, you’re doing various positions,you’re working toward getting in shape or continue staying in shape, laying on a mat that literally feels like it’s not even there is annoying because a hard floor makes it almost impossible. You don’t want a super thin mat, you want a thick, soft and cushioned mat that let’s you do yoga comfortably.This mat is so awesome, I absolutely love it and I wholeheartedly believe that this is the best yoga mat out there.For me, the color blue is calming especially during yoga. Blue reminds me of the sky which makes me think of the beautiful mountains where I live, it’s my favorite place to be and makes me happy, blue is also one of my favourite colors. So this mat is a beautiful shade of blue and it just calms me.This mat is thick, not bulky thick ,thick like memory foam and yes it feels amazing. The thickness is soft but firm. The foam feels so soft and doesn’t leave imprints that last too long which causes the mat to feel uneven and awkward, awesome.The size of this mat is amazing, you have plenty of room to do any position you want . When I’m lying on my back and stretched out doing my leg lifts my feet don’t touch the floor, my heels don’t touch the floor, that’s amazing. My back doesn’t feel like I’m lying on a rock. I can do yoga and enjoy it as it’s meant to be. I love the space of this mat, I love being able to stretch without touching the hard floor.The material of this mat is awesome, even when sweating, my feet and hands don’t slip, that’s pretty awesome.The bottom side of the mat doesn’t slide around at all. Wherever you lay it it will stay there.Although this mat folds up for storage, it doesn’t stay poofy when unfolding, it lays flat no matter what.The value and quality of this mat is just incredible. Everything you want and need in a yoga mat is this mat, you won’t regret it.
