Niacinamide taken at 1000mg three times daily will eliminate all joint pain in 4 to 6 weeks. If you stop taking it the pain will return. I’ve been taking it for eight years now and at 80 years of age I have NO hip, knee, elbow or shoulder joint pain. Much cheaper than joint replacement surgery.

Pain relief for the knees this helps 3000 mg a day for 3 weeks no pain thanks a whole bunch also add 2000 mg of vitiman c with this great pain reduction the pain will come back if you stop taking niacinamide I don’t know weather or not it’s 500 or 1000 but I do know it works for is O A knees and shoulder

BEWARE: Package implies that these are 1000 MG tablets – NOT TRUE
The package says “Niacinamide 1000 MG” in large block letters. Only if you look closely to you see that it says “per serving” in small letters under that. And only if you look at the Supplement Facts do you see that Serving Size is 2 capsules, even though the directions say to take 1 or 2 capsules per day. So the recommended daily usage of this is 1/2 serving per day according to their own packaging. The packaging also says that there are 200 veg caps – not servings.When buying this product, be aware that you are NOT getting 200 1000MG capsules, you are getting 200 500 MG veg caps, or 100 1000 MG servings, which makes it not price competitive any more.Implying false information on the packaging to make one sale is what makes it so I will never buy this brand again in the future.
