I bought this for my wife as a gift for Christmas. She used it until it needed to be charged and the device would not charge there was nothing done to it but directed use. Upon requesting for a refund the response was no refund until product return and only a possible partial refund after that dont waste your money on this crap product its a damn scam amazon shame on you for allowing this i will now actually spend the 100+$ on a reputable company and send this crap back

Does more and quicker than expected
Amazing. Did not expect this to lighten my dark spots. But only been a week and all are really faded. Skin soft but not sure what it’s doing for skin and wrinkles yet. Very easy to use while watching TV. Was really surprised it came with a lotion included. So far very impressed. Hoping it’s going to work on creepy skin also. Using on face chest hands and arms .. really impressed so far.

Great price, Great product
I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and I will say, it does not disappoint. It’s compact, easy to charge, HOLDS a charge, and makes adding a Red Light therapy into my skin care routine a breeze. The price point is solid and it comes with a cradle charger (tho make sure you use THEIR cord- others don’t work with it) and a facial gel. I didn’t love the gel, but I also didn’t get it for that. I use it with my normal serums and moisturizers and it works great. It has three easy setting options and has a lovely warming sensation. It’s not super loud which is nice and it makes my face feel great and relaxed directly after. After using it for a few weeks I can absolutely see a difference. I can firmly say I recommend this product.

Remarkably effective. I saw a change, marionette lines fading, w/i the first week while using it twice a day on the red light setting. I love this little tool. I am now starting to see my jawline tightening. I am not a young thing, I am well into my senior years so this is pretty danged remarkable! Kudos and well worth the $.I do use it with my own face cream, I have many allergies so I am reluctant to take on an unnecessary new skin cream.
