Best Purchase I’ve Ever Made
Not only is this thing a stress reducer, but also helps to decrease pain with Baker cyst, Achilles, tendinitis, plantar, fasciitis, and heel spurs. Actually lowers blood glucose and stress levels. I know that it does because I wear a blood glucose monitor; and, after eating something and standing on this at 30 Hz it shows any blood sugar spikes that may come from an ordinary meal dropping down 20 to 40 points. It speaks for itself. After I get off of this thing, I am pain-free and, I do exercises while on the vibratory platform, which has improved my posture, my sleep, and my focus. Not a coincidence.

I was amazed how stiff my body felt work outs on the plate. This stiffness was the same as using weights for a work out! This proved the vibrations were working! 👍

Very Well Made Power Plate
Very well made power plate for home use. You can feel the vibration from head to toe… even on lowest setting. Does not take up much space. Have not used this item long enough to make a determination on how well it has helped my current health problem. Hopefully, with regular use … I will be able to post an updated review..
