With short, consistent sessions, I’ve noticed my complexion looks a bit calmer and more even, and tight muscles feel less naggy afterward. It’s bright (as it should be), so I recommend eye protection and not staring directly at it. The 70 dual-chip LEDs deliver strong output for the size, but like any panel, you’ll need to reposition it to cover larger areas. It runs quietly, doesn’t get uncomfortably hot, and fits easily on a desk or shelf. I’ve only been using this red light therapy panel for a couple of weeks, so I’ll update my review with long term results, but so far I’m really impressed. The build quality is excellent and the design feels professional, not flimsy like some cheaper panels I’ve seen. The 70 dual chip LEDs put out serious power and I like that it covers multiple proven wavelengths for both surface level and deeper benefits. It’s easy to set up and the remote makes adjusting settings simple, whether I’m using it while reading or relaxing. The cooling fan works well and keeps it from overheating, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. I’ve mainly been using it for skin health and recovery after workouts, and already notice my skin looking healthier and my muscles feeling less tense. I bought this red light therapy to help with fine wrinkles. But im now using it for my low back pain and shoulder pain. Which using it for three weeks has really helped with the pain. I also noticed that if I use it in the evening, I sleep better at night.This red light therapy is very easy to set up and use. All you have to do is pull it open and plug it in and set it to the desired setting. It’s very sturdy, not cheaply made.I’ve noticed some difference in my face from using it, my wrinkles seem like there getting finer and my skin is smoother.If your looking for red light therapy device, this is a very nice one to buy.
