Yes4All Wrist & Forearm Blaster – Turned my twig forearms into Popeye cannons in 8 weeks
climb and do a lot of pull-up/bar work, but my grip was always the weak link (failed on 20-mm edges and couldn’t hang for more than 45 sec). Bought this $26 Yes4All wrist roller on a whim and it’s now the single most effective grip tool I own.Build & what you getSolid 1.5″ diameter knurled steel handle (grips like sandpaper, no spinning)Thick 8 ft nylon rope that doesn’t frayBeefy carabiner and a smooth chrome-plated weight holder that takes standard or Olympic platesComes with a 5 lb standard plate in some listings – mine did, nice bonusReal-world gainsWeek 1: Could barely do 3 full rolls with 10 lbs without my forearms exploding.Week 8: Knocking out 5 sets of 45-50 lb rolls (both directions) for 8-10 reps. My forearms went from 11.8″ to 13.4″ cold, veins everywhere, and I can now dead-hang a 20-mm edge for 70+ seconds. Pinch strength and crush grip are through the roof too.Why it works so wellHits flexors AND extensors equally when you roll both ways (most people skip extension and stay imbalanced)Super portable – throw it in my gym bag and use it as a finisher 3-4× weekZero wrist pain because the motion is perfectly smoothOnly two tiny nitpicksThe knurling is aggressive – great for grip, but wear gloves the first week or you’ll shred your palmsRope is a little stiff out of the box (5 minutes of use and it’s fine)For $26 this thing is stupidly effective. I was about to drop $120 on a Fat Gripz + Captains of Crush combo, but honestly this single tool gave me 90 % of the results for 1/5th the price. If you climb, do CrossFit, strongman, arm wrestling, or just want forearms that scare small children, buy this now. Already ordered a second one for my garage so I never have an excuse to skip forearm day again.10/10 – best bang-for-buck grip tool on Amazon, period.

Well made durable product
This is a very straight forward product. It works as intended. The rope is long enough that it would work for a very tall person which I am not. The handles are hard, but that is not a complaint. If they were soft or padded, this product would probably not be a durable.Great product that I highly recommend for anyone trying to bulk up their forearms or get the veiny look going.

Built from heavy materials, not cheap PVC.
Well made with a steel core that is quite strong and thick, the nylon rope will be nearly indestructible. A pretty simple tool that focuses solely on the forearms. The only negative is that the length of the rope is not adjustable, so it’s ok for a 6’4″ user, and has too much rope for a 5’8″ user like me. That doesn’t change the product much, but i notice I tend to droop my arms a bit towards the down drop.

Good device, get a socket set & screwdriver though.
Good device but the bolts need to be tightened regularly.

Effective and Efficient
Believe it or not, this thing actually works really well. I’m using specifically for chest, I’m in tree business and while I’m getting exercise and stengh it’s all legs, back shoulders and arms but very little chest workout, so I was looking for something simple yet effective and I’m pleasantly surprised how efficient this is for getting a very specific muscle burning after 5 mins. I recommend, and so far this specific tool from this brand seems to be high quality.

Feel the Burn
The twister arm exerciser is a really good product. You can adjust the twister from 22 to 440 lbs just by turning a dial. The dial itself has very little resistance to you can do it with 2 fingers (or at least I could). It weighs 5 lbs so it’s not heavy at all. It’s hydraulic system so it’s safer than a spring system.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good workout.

Pretty good for the money, can only tell with time
Actual build quality: fairly decent in terms of structural quality. Metal doesn’t appear to be the thickest, and seems like it could bend if it’s set at level 20 and enough leverage was put on it. But overall pretty decent – 4/5Stickers/ presentation: stickers do look a little cheap, some corners needed to be pressed back into place. Has held in place since then – 3/5Packaging: came in a small box with bubble wrap. No damage from shipping as far as I could tell. Usually prefer something better packed for shipment (like foam or something to cushion) – 3/5Ease of use/ functionality: easy to use, self explanatory. Grips are fine. Dial works as it is supposed to (so far anyway). I will have to update after a period of time to see if the hydraulic piston holds up – 4/5Overall: 3.5/5 stars

Works as intended but there are two key issues:The rope is not static, that means it bounces and has an initial amount of slack that you must work through before it gets taunt/tight. This is quite unfortunate…The stack that you place weight on, has a lugnut on the bottom for some reason… This is very bad design. It means you can’t place it on the floor to put the weight on, without it falling over. Such bad design.

Works very well. Can feel a good burn in my forearms after a couple of rounds with even just a 5lb plate on it. It is very easy to load, unload, and use.The construction is very good and better than expected for the price. All metal construction with a strong feeling rope, and nice textured rubber hand grips. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it is built. My only complaint I can think of is that when using a 2-inch plate on it, the rod is quite thin, so the plate slides and sits at an angle. It would be extra nice if it came with a spacer or something for 2-inch plates to hold the plate flat, but that’s being nitpicky. All that said, the plate stays securely on the base and isn’t at risk of falling off or anything like that, and it works very well for the intended purpose.
