I attended physical therapy for two months in hopes of relieving my low back pain to no avail. Fortunately, my friend who is a strength trainer showed me how I can use foam rollers to relieve my back pain and I’ve been using them since.Unlike other foam rollers this one is much more dense, which I find ideal for my back and because of its density it lasts longer than other rollers. Additionally, after leg days I use this to roll out my legs which helps relieve soreness.
